Generated load dump voltage - ISO 21498-2

This test verifies if a voltage class B component is able to limit the overvoltage during a load dump. Since the resulting voltage change rate that occurs during a load dump may affect other components connected to the voltage class B system, it is one of the main subjects of this test and needs to be documented.
